Hello and thanks for dropping in! Long story short, chair hugs was created when our 4th child decided to revolt against her highchair. She was 18 months old and I did not want to buy a booster seat (those have shorter lifecycles) nor was I willing to spend hundreds of dollars on a fancy toddler chair.
